ABOUT THE CLUB

Pen-y-ffordd is a village in the north-east of Wales where this modest and friendly tennis club is located (click here to see the exact location on a map). The club principally serves its home village and the surrounding villages, such as Hope, Kinnerton, Hawarden, Broughton and Pontblyddyn, as well as the small town of Buckley.  The club operates as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on a not-for-profit basis and membership, which is open to all, allows unlimited access to the courts plus many other benefits.

If you're not already a member and you live in our area, what are you waiting for?!  You'll be able to play whenever you want and, if you choose to, you can meet up with other members to play against a variety of opponents, in a relaxed and friendly environment, at the weekly
Club Play sessions.  And this is all for a very reasonable annual membership subscription.

And please don't imagine that there's snobbery in tennis - we certainly don't have it at our club!
