The Pen-y-ffordd club-stage competition was held on Saturday 17th May 2014. Each match was played over a single set, with a tie-break at 6-6 if necessary. There were 11 entrants at Pen-y-ffordd (all boys, where are you girls?!), and the eventual winner was Tomos Edwards, after he beat Ryan Hughes in the final.
Tomos now goes into the regional tournament to be held in Denbigh, with the winners at that event going on to play on the hallowed Wimbledon turf!
Tomos receives his winner's medal from Club Coach Mike
